Notion-ready kit

Short-Form Content System Notion-Ready Kit

Download five Notion-ready CSV templates for ideas, shoots, assets, publishing, and results with a practical setup guide.

Import setup

Five real CSV files, ready for your workspace.

  1. 1. Download each CSV and import it as a new Notion database.
  2. 2. Change status-like columns from text to Select properties.
  3. 3. Change date columns to Date and spend/count columns to Number.
  4. 4. Link matching ID fields with Relations only after every table exists.
  5. 5. Delete the example rows after checking your property types.

Idea Bank

Capture ideas as testable concepts instead of a pile of disconnected captions.

10 columns · 2 example rows

  • Keep Idea ID unique so other tables can reference it.
  • Use Status values such as New, Briefed, Capturing, Ready, Tested, or Archived.

Shoot Planner

Turn concepts into separate reusable source files with owners and handoff rules.

11 columns · 2 example rows

  • Use one row per requested source file, not one row per finished ad.
  • Keep UGC and product-demo captures in separate rows.

Asset Inventory

Know which clips are ready, need work, are missing, or still have unclear usage approval.

12 columns · 2 example rows

  • Rights status records your documentation state; it is not legal verification.
  • Storage link can point to your existing storage until the asset enters ClipStitchr.

Publishing Calendar

Plan where a ready concept goes without pretending the CSV schedules or publishes it.

12 columns · 2 example rows

  • Use one row per planned placement.
  • Status can be Planned, Ready, Scheduled elsewhere, Published, Paused, or Archived.

Results Tracker

Keep evidence, interpretation, and the next production decision in separate fields.

13 columns · 2 example rows

  • Use the same metric definitions and windows for comparable cells.
  • Leave unknown values blank instead of entering invented zeros.

How to use it

Set up the tables in a practical order.

Import each CSV as its own database. The IDs make it possible to relate ideas, shoots, assets, posts, and results without requiring a paid integration.

The example rows demonstrate how information moves through the system. Replace them with your own facts, keep unknown results blank, and do not treat a rights-status column as legal verification.

This kit is intentionally planning-only. ClipStitchr becomes useful when the source footage is ready to organize and turn into finished ads.

Questions

What to know before you use it.

Is this a one-click Notion duplicate link?

No. It is a Notion-ready kit of five valid CSV files. Import each file, set the suggested property types, and add optional relations after import.

Does ClipStitchr sync changes from these tables?

No. The files are planning templates. They do not connect to Notion, publish posts, store media, or synchronize with a ClipStitchr account.

Ready to make the ads?

Keep planning free. Use ClipStitchr when it is time to produce.

ClipStitchr is paid software for organizing reusable footage and turning it into finished short-form ads.
